Cliff Jaro

Cliff Jaro knows this area because he’s actually lived it—born and raised right here in the Magic Valley, growing up on a farm where hard work wasn’t optional, it was just part of the day.

Before real estate, Cliff spent over 20 years in the mortgage world, so when clients have questions about financing, timing, or how a deal really works behind the scenes, he doesn’t guess—he knows. That experience shows up in how he walks people through decisions: steady, straightforward, and without the fluff.

He made the move into real estate in 2024 and didn’t ease into it—he got to work. After earning his broker’s license, he started Out West Realty with a simple idea: do good work, be honest with people, and build something that lasts.

Cliff isn’t a high-pressure guy. He’d rather earn your trust than push a deal, and most of his business comes from relationships that stick long after closing day.

When he’s not working, he’s usually doing the same things that draw people to this part of Idaho in the first place—on horseback, out fishing, hunting, or riding in the mountains. He’s a proud dad to two daughters and someone who genuinely values time with his people.

Amanda Maines

Amanda Maines didn’t come into real estate by accident—she came into it with a pretty clear understanding of people.

Before this, she worked in both correctional and school systems, which means she’s spent years learning how to listen, stay patient, and show up for people in all kinds of situations. That experience carries over in a big way—she brings a calm, steady presence that clients tend to lean on, especially when things feel overwhelming.

She’s also a mom of three, so “home” isn’t just a transaction to her—it’s personal. She understands what it means to find a place that actually fits your life, not just your budget.

Amanda works closely with Cliff and the Out West Realty team, blending her people-first approach with the experience and knowledge behind the scenes. She’s big on communication, clear expectations, and making sure no one feels lost in the process.

Outside of work, she’s focused on her family and continuing to grow—personally and professionally. She brings that same grounded, intentional energy into how she works with clients, which is a big part of why people trust her.
